Well, if we had to do without a flash 55 at least it was for a worthy cause. Glad I get to see a glimpse of the politician harassing. You GO Girl! But let me advise you against shutting down any freeways.

Namaste back to you. I enjoyed a one hour yoga class this morning at 8AM, then an upper body weight workout, the Power Hour class and then 30 minutes on the elliptical trainer. I’m slowly killing myself but at least I’ll look good in my casket!!??

My gawd, Shaddy, that’s quite a work-out! I did my yoga class this morning too. Then took the dog to the state park. And that’s it. They’d probably be carrying me out in a box by 9:30 AM if I tried to follow you around in your routine!
I’ll tell A you like the way the blog is looking. We’re still working on it.
